NEW tourism distinctions credit Cuevas del Almanzora tourist office safety guarantees in the face of Covid-19.
The municipal tourist office located in the Castillo del Marques de Los Velez complex has just recently received two accreditations.
The ICTE Spanish Tourism Quality Institute has awarded the facilities its “Safe Tourism Certified” stamp.
This represents a guarantee and certification on the implementation of a health risk prevention system for dealing with the virus, and means the office complies with all the protocols and technical specifications for preventing the spread of the virus within tourism.
The Cuevas tourist office has also earned Secretary of State for Tourism recognition as an establishment prepared for Covid-19 and Safe Tourism through the SICTED Integral System of Spanish Tourist Quality in Destinations project.
“With these recognitions our municipality adds another guarantee that it is a safe destination in respect of Covid-19 as we have a municipal tourist office which offers its visitors a completely controlled and safe service for finding out about our unbeatable tourist enclaves”, maintained Cuevas Tourism councillor Maria Isabel Poince.
