Louise Whyte had taken diazepam and codeine before drinking alcohol. She was described as being drunk and ‘out of control’ after downing duty free vodka.

Louise had to be moved away from her ‘distressed’ young daughter on the TUI flight after crews became concerned about her ‘disgusting behaviour‘.

The Manchester court heard that she was taking her daughter on holiday alone for the first time when she met a man at the airport. Her daughter was left sobbing in her seat in a different row of the aircraft. Louise mad a string of unwelcome sexual advances towards a male passenger.

She left her seat next to her daughter and moved to sit next to the man she previously met, the man was travelling with his 11 year old son. She tried to kiss the man before performing a sex act on him. The captain was alerted and she had to be flown straight back to the UK from Turkey. She was then arrested.

Louise luckily avoided jail on Monday, but was sentenced to a six-month custodial term suspended for 12 months.
