Morgan Stevens ‘dead at 70’: The Melrose Place star’s body was discovered by police at his home. Melrose Place star Morgan Stevens was found dead at his home. The police had been called in when neighbours had not seen him for several days according to sources speaking to TMZ. The Police were called in to conduct a wellness check. They discovered the 70-year-old actor in his kitchen according to TMZ. Reportedly the death is thought to be from natural causes and the police are not suspecting that foul play is involved. Reportedly Stevens was pronounced dead at his house. Stevens was probably best known for his role on Melrose Place. He also guest-starred on many shows including Murder, She Wrote, One Day at a Time and Walker, Texas Ranger. He also appeared once on The Waltons. He only appeared in a single show where his character Paul Northridge married Erin Walton. Fans took to social media to pay their respects to Stevens. One fan wrote: “Damn I had a huge crush on him.” Another simply said: “RIP.” Stevens made his last TV appearance in 1999.
