Lucky Brit claims WHOPPING £11m National Lottery prize almost TWO WEEKS after the draw.

NATIONAL LOTTERY operators Camelot have confirmed today (November 11) that a lucky Brit has finally claimed the huge £11million prize – almost two weeks after the draw! The Lotto jackpot for the draw made on October 30 was won by a single ticket holder.

Camelot’s Andy Carter, Senior Winners’ Advisor at The National Lottery, said, “We’re delighted this amazing prize has been claimed.

“Our focus now is on supporting the ticket-holder through the process and helping them start to enjoy their life-changing win.”

Now the ticket-holder will decide whether or not to go public and share their news.

There were seven winners last week in the special £20M Lotto Must Be Won draw, each scooping £1 million.

In related news, an American woman has been arrested for ‘stealing cousin’s €872k scratch card’ after she was asked to cash it in.

Iris Amador Argueta, 32, is also accused of forging lottery documents to throw him off the scent after only transferring a small amount of the $1million (£747,155) jackpot to him in Long Island, New York, prosecutors said on Tuesday, November 9.
