AN Instagram model dies after having botched butt-lift surgery

Popular Instagram model Joselyn Cano, 29, died after controversial surgery to shape her bum went horribly wrong in Columbia. Often referred to as the ‘Mexican Kim Kardashian’, the beauty suffered complications after a buttock lift operation which kills around 1 in 3000, according to PlasticSurgery.org.

The model and social media influencer, who also has a degree in Microbiology from San Diego State University, reportedly passed away on December 7, according to the Daily Mail, and tributes have been flooding in from shocked fans.

On Twitter, one person wrote: ‘Rip Joselyn Cano so young and so beautiful.’

Another said: ‘What the f**k? Joselyn cano died from getting a [Brazilian butt lift]? That s**t is crazy.’
