Wedding fair comes to the Costa del Sol

THE wedding fair Celebra Malaga, Feria de Bodas y Celebraciones, confirms its fourteenth edition on October 16, 17 and 18 at FYCMA in Malaga, where it will bring together all the trends in weddings and social events of the next season. The show opens the deadline to participate in the second call for its ‘Premio Creadores Noveles’ that will award new talents in bridal fashion.

Until September 1, new creators and designers will be able to register to apply with the chance of winning unique prizes totalling €3000, promotion of their work on the event’s website and social networks and the opportunity to present their proposals on the runway of Celebra Málaga 2021.

The call will be open to designers over 18 years of age and residents in Spain. Those selected will be summoned to present their proposal with which they will compete on October 16, when they will display their work before an expert jury that will assess the quality, design and creativity. Those interested in participating must complete the registration form on the website www.celebramalaga.com, where they can also consult the contest rules.

Along with this, Celebra Malaga will once again bring together prominent designers and firms that will show their latest creations in bridal and party fashion for men and women on their catwalk. The fair has established itself as one of the main commercial platforms in southern Spain related to weddings, communions and anniversaries, among others. Bringing together more than 130 specialist firms, this year it will again propose a diverse catalogue of suppliers from sectors such as fashion and accessories, including wedding, groom and party dresses; venues for celebration and catering; rental of vehicles and furniture; photography, video and audiovisuals; florist and decoration; jewellery; travel agencies, shows, animation and event organization, as well as beauty, hairdressing and makeup services, among others.
