BREAKING NEWS: FBI arrest Ghislaine Maxwell on Jeffrey Epstein-related charges

THE FBI has reportedly arrested British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell on charges related to her close friend and convicted sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein.

According to NBC News, Maxwell was arrested on the east coast on Epstein-related charges and is expected to appear in court later today.

Maxwell’s whereabouts were previously unknown since Epstein was arrested last July on charges he abused and trafficked in women and girls in Manhattan and Florida between 2002 and 2005.

A report in the New York Times claims the daughter of British media baron Robert Maxwell was detained in New Hampshire.

Epstein killed himself in his Manhattan prison cell in August, having pleaded not guilty to the charges brought against him.

Maxwell is alleged to have recruited victims into Epstein’s circle.

Virginia Giuffre said in a civil lawsuit she was recruited and forced to have sex with Epstein and friends including Prince Andrew. The royal has vehemently denied the allegations.
