VELEZ-MALAGA launched an online course on Administrative-Digital Employment.
The Escuela de Empleo Administrativo/o Digital, which is co-financed by the European Social Fund, is part of the Vives Aprende programme that Velez-Malaga is promoting in collaboration with the international non-government organisation Action Against Hunger.
“Our local government shares the organisation’s objectives of defeating unemployment and social exclusion,” said Business and Employment councillor Maria Jose Roberto.
Velez-Malaga’s Vives Aprende programme will help 50 local unemployed find administrative-digital jobs, an important area, Roberto said, now that everything is digitalised.
“That is reflected in the times that we are living through due to Covid-19 and we have adapted the course, which was planned before the State of Alarm decree, to the present situation,” the councillor explained.
