A South Korean official claims North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un is ‘alive and well’.
Foreign policy adviser Chung-in Moon said South Korea’s government position is firmly that the despot is not dead and has been living in the Wonsan area since April 13.
According to North Korean state media, Kim’s last public appearance was on April 11, when he chaired a meeting of the ruling Workers’ Party committee of policy makers.
Though it has never been officially announced, the suggestion is Kim’s sister Kim Yo-Yong would likely take over should the dictator die, until his children are grown up.
