Fuengirola Town Hall launches an online sports day on the Costa del Sol for those affected by Spain’s Coronavirus pandemic

THE Sports Department of the Fuengirola Town Hall has organised a solidarity sports day with the families affected by Covid-19 that will take place on Saturday, April 25, from 10am to 8pm and will consist of sending a photo or video to social networks showing training in any sport with the hashtag #EntrenoEnCasa.

Councillor María Hernández explained, “through social networks, you can follow the training of trainers from the Department of Sports and also great national athletes, we encourage everyone to wear a shirt with the colours of Spain, either a football kit, athletics, tennis, basketball … something with red and yellow colours so, when the day ends at eight we can go out on the balcony to clap with our flag and our Spanish shirts.”

Registrations can be made until April 24 at dorsalchip.es for €2, in response, they will send the number to participate.  In addition, with the entry, you will enter a draw for five free entries for the Fuengirola Half Marathon, t-shirts and gifts for children and adults.
