The PP of Vélez-Málaga requests an extraordinary plenary session to find a solution to the cancellation of municipal aid to pay IBI tax

The PP of Vélez Málaga has asked for an extraordinary plenary session to look for a solution to the problem generated after the cancellation of municipal aid for the payment of Real Estate Tax (IBI) ordered by the Superior Court of Justice of Andalusia (TSJA).
The municipal spokesman of this party, Francisco Delgado Bonilla, explained that, given the “mediocrity, irresponsibility and incompetence” demonstrated by the government team (PSOE-GIPMTM), the PP will implement a proposal to solve “almost permanently” the problem with this aid.
Delgado Bonilla has shown his discomfort at the accusations made by the mayor and the councilor of the Treasury, in which he appointed the PP as the responsible for the procedure that led to the judicial ruling of the TSJA, which has declared the nullity of aid to the IBI to instance of the State Advocacy.
