Costa Almeria fatal traffic accident video could land Albox woman in jail

AN Albox woman could find herself behind bars for sharing a video online of a fatal traffic accident in Arboleas.
Guardia Civil launched an investigation after the video of the incident in which two people died was shared on instant messaging service WhatsApp.
The Guardia said it represented “grave harm to the moral integrity of their family members.”
In the video one of the accident victims can be seen receiving treatment from a medical team in the final moments of their life.
The Almeria Traffic Subsector Traffic Analysis and Report Group (GIAT), looked into the matter, focusing on a woman driver. She faces a possible sentence of between six months and two years in prison.
The case is in the hands of a court in Huercal-Overa.
