Kimberley began shouting at the officers telling them to “f**k off” as other officers approached her, before launching a fist at one officer saying “fight me, fight ,e b***h, fight me, I will take you down” as they attempted to place her in handcuffs.
Officers tried to tackle her to the ground, she kicked out at them saying: “get the f**k off me, you’re f**king dead, you f**king b***h.” It was heard in Manchester Magistrates Court today.
She was escorted to custody by police van after having her legs briefly placed in leg restraints. During the journey the student began hitting her head against the side of the van, forcing the officer to pull over. She then spat at him in the face.
She was taken to hospital when she lost consciousness, after being checked over by staff, she was said to have spat at the officer again.
She pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly and five counts of assault on an emergency worker. She was sentenced to 12 month community order with 150 hours unpaid work.
