Town hall grant for Benidorm’s Doble Amor centre in Costa Blanca

BENIDORM town hall has signed a collaboration agreement with the Costa Blanca’s Doble Amor occupational centre.The town hall made a first payment of €60,000 which will be used for workshops, maintenance and to provide transport for users of the centre who live in Benidorm. Fifty people with functional diversity from Benidorm and the Marina Baja attend the Doble Amor centre which includes an employment facility and a laundry that provides work for a further 50. The remainder of the town hall grant will be paid in May and June, guaranteeing that the centre’s costs will be covered this year.
