COSTA ALMERIA NEWS: Adra indoor pool extends opening times to suit working hours

THE Adra municipal swimming pool will be extending its opening hours from next Monday February 3. It will be open to the public from 7.30am to 10.30pm. “This was one of the requests from pool users, that due to the lack of flexibility in their working hours they could not practice sport first thing in the morning”, explained the local councillor responsible for the municipal facility, Alicia Heras. The local authority has made it clear that one of a central policy goal is to facilitate local residents’ access to sport and to promote taking up physical exercise in view of the health benefits for both adults and children.
