A RECENT workshop on Radio and Podcasting was so successful that it will be continued next Tuesday, February 4th. Organised by the Javea branch of the Marina Alta Consortium for Economic Recovery (CREAMA), and led by well-known podcaster Joan Raez, the workshop showed how to record, edit and improve audio files, create a channel and attract an audience. Raez explained that podcasting is increasingly important as a marketing tool and can also help businesses to reach clients who would be unlikely to read a blog. The workshop’s second phase will be more practical and show how it is possible to use modern technology to broadcast live radio or accompany videos with good sound recordings, CREAMA announced.
