BREAKING NEWS: 29-year-old Man charged with possessing an offensive weapon by officers investigating the murders of three men in Seven Kings, Northeast London.

In the last few minutes 29-year-old Gurjeet Singh has been charged with possessing an offensive weapon in a public place by officers investigating the murders of three men in Seven Kings in northeast London on Sunday.

Two days ago two men were arrested on suspicion of murder after three men were stabbed to death in a clash police believe was between groups of Sikh men. Police responded to reports of a disturbance on Elmstead Road in Seven Kings, Ilford, east London, on Sunday at 7.38pm. All three, believed to be in their 20s or 30s, were pronounced dead at the scene.

The Metropolitan Police will make a news statement shortly.
