Costa del Sol News: Alzheimer’s aid addressed in Benalmadena

Possible lines of collaboration: Mayor of Benalmadena and spokesman of the government team Juan Cassá

VÍCTOR Navas, Mayor of Benalmadena and the deputy and spokesman of the government team of the Provincial Council, Juan Cassá, have held a meeting on Monday to address possible lines of collaboration to promote projects dependent on both administrations.
Navas has thanked Cassá for the arrival of unconditional funds, an important part of the funding that Diputación provides to the council.
The Mayor has highlighted the need and importance of an investment to support the work of the Association of Relatives of Alzheimer’s and Other Dementias of Benalmadena “who have been trying for a while to start a centre in Benalmadena of integral attention, for whose construction the council already gave them a municipal plot valued at more than €700,000, a collective that now needs the necessary investment to start building said centre and finally being able to move from its current premises, which many years ago which is insufficient to meet the volume of attention required by its users ”.
