WORK has been going on for some time on the clock in the Elizabeth Tower which houses Big Ben but now Speaker Sir Lindsay Hoyle has said that he will not stand in the way of it ringing out to mark Brexit departure day.

Married to Ophelia in Gibraltar in 1978, John has spent much of his life travelling on security print and minting business and visited every continent except Antarctica.
