THE Guardia Civil has arrested a 26-year-old Moroccan man for allegedly murdering and dismembering a man in Sa Pobla Mallorca, Spain in 2018. The victim, Mustapha El Karchaoui, has not been seen since August of last year. The defendant, named by police as Tòfol TP, is accused of killing the man, cutting up his body and burying him in the s’Albufera Natural Park. Officers launched an extensive search for Karchaoui’s remains at an estate in Muro and the Natural Park using sniffer dogs, but so far his body has not been found. The defendant has proclaimed his innocence to officers, insisting that he was not involved in the crime. We at Euro Weekly News understand that the Guardia Civil believe that the murder is related to a drug deal that went wrong.
