Andy Murray broke down in tears after winning his first ATP tournament after recovering from recent hip surgery, Andy Murray beat Stan Wawrinka in the final of the European Open.
The former world number one who has had an injury-ravaged few years came from a set down to beat the Swiss player in Antwerp.
Murray lost the first set 6-3 but dominated after back to win the second and third sets 6-4
An operation in January in what was as a make or break operation to save his career clearly worked as Murray lifted the trophy after breaking down into floods of tears of joy at the relief of being back to winning ways.
Murray said the win was one of the highlights of his career after the match.
