Big Brother’s Jose Luis Lopez Could Be In Big Trouble

JOSE LUIS LOPEZ, who appeared in the 2017 edition of Gran Hermano (Big Brother), could be charged with sexual abuse. 

Female contestant Carlota Prado, who later saw the videos of her encounter with Lopez, told the investigating judge handling the case that after drinking four tequila shots, she had only a “blurry” memory of what happened. 

She remembers only going to the bedroom with Lopez who had drunk nothing, taking off her jersey and vomiting. 

According to the judge in Colmenar Viejo (Madrid), the Gran Hermano videos showed the young woman “hardly moving, face up, with her eyes closed” while she was in the bed. 

Lopez, who had taken off his underwear under the eiderdown, partially undressed Carlota while the young woman removed her top “with difficulty”, the judge said. 

Lopez could later be seen “carrying out movements” under the eiderdown which the judge decided were of a sexual nature. 

Having decided that there was a case of sexual abuse against Lopez, the judge announced that the parties involved should now decide whether they wished the case to go to trial.
