Golf for a good cause in Almeria
THE Valle del Este golf society members have played for a great cause.The society donated all the proceeds from its recent charity event to the Asprodalba association for the intellectually disabled. 22 teams played a Texas scramble, raising more than €3,600.
The society issued a big thank you to all the golfers who took part, as well as to the events sponsors, which included many businesses and individuals. Asprodalba is a non-profit making association based in Vera which provides support, advice and orientation for intellectually disabled people and their families throughout the eastern area of Almeria province.
