Did Boris Have A Touch Too Much?

“More wine is poured, more wine is drunk. Under the table, I feel Johnson’s hand on my thigh. He gives it a squeeze.

“His hand is high up my leg and he has enough inner flesh beneath his fingers to make me sit suddenly upright.”

Those are the words of journalist Ms Edwardes writing in her newspaper column.

She explained how and when the incident took place in 1999 when Boris Johnson was the editor of the Spectator.

She further went on to say “she had confided in a woman who was sitting on the other side of Mr Johnson, who told her: “Oh God, he did exactly the same to me.”

Downing Street has denied the allegation via a spokesperson stating “This allegation is untrue.”
