Mansour bin Zayed, also Deputy PM of the United Arab Emirates and a member of its royal family, has acquired a 25-hectare estate, the Finca Moratán-Bornoque, located less than an hour from Marbella and becomes neighbour to Julio Iglesias who has nearby property.

Finca Moratán-Bornoque is 750 metres above sea level, located in the picturesque town of Monda, between the Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park and the Costa del Sol.

The land comes with a large 1,100 square metre country house. It has a 72-metre pool and garden area around it. Within the land there is a 60 metre long dam which is used for irrigation, animal consumption and fire protection.

This isn’t the first time the Manchester City boss has fallen in love with Spanish lands. In 2016 he purchased a ‘modest’ €55 million hamlet in Extremadura. That estate, Los Quintos de San Martin in Badajoz, is larger than 8,000 football pitches and comprises 14 separate cortijos, partridges and 8,000 sheep.
