Craig the Promoter, Martin Shay, singer, Stu Francis, comedian and dear friend of bobby ball plus the legend himself.
COMEDY legends Cannon and Ball are in Fuengirola to share sun and laughter with expats on the Costa del Sol, and the Euro Weekly News made sure they were given a warm welcome.
The favourite funny duo are performing their latest play The Dressing Room at Salon Varietes Theatre from tonight (Thursday) through to Sunday, so armed with two bottles of Spanish tipple Pacharan, EWN popped along to have a quick chat after rehearsals yesterday.
Relaxing with part of the production team, who were all in brilliant spirits with drinks in hand enjoying the Spanish lifestyle, half of the duo, Bobby Ball, said he wrote the play in the dressing room and it is now in its fifth year of production.
“We’ve already done the show all over England. It’s been excellent and the run was brilliant, the production manager knew it would be great here for the expats plus we wanted laughter and sunshine,” said Bobby, adding: “It gives us a break from harsh winters back home and Brexit, it’s a great bit of atmosphere made with warmth, love and comedy genius, it’s here for four nights in Fuengirola in this little gem of a cinema where we will bring the comedy to you”
Don’t miss this brilliant opportunity to watch the giants of British comedy performing a matinee at 3pm on Saturday, together with nightly dates at 7pm, 7.30pm on Sunday.
