Prison sentence for mother who forced children to have sex with elderly man for money

A MOTHER has been sentenced to 40 years in prison for forcing her three children to have sex with a man for cash “almost every day” for two years.

Seville Court was told that in 2007, the woman made her kids, then aged nine, 13 and 14, go to a village near the Andalusian capital, to have sexual relations with the 79-year-old, who was also sentenced to 36 years in jail.

The sexual offences occurred in different periods, between 2007 and 2009, and between 2012 and 2014, “repeating the same actions, the same guidelines and in general the same places”.

The mother was convicted of two continuing crimes of prostitution of sexual assault and the prostitution of minors, together with two counts of habitual abuse.

The man was found guilty of sexual assault, prostitution of minors, and must pay the three children €140,000 euros compensation.
