A 10-YEAR-OLD girl has been seriously injured along with three others after a driver lost control of his vehicle and mounted the pavement of a busy Barcelona street. According to the Barcelona city council and the System Emergències Mèdiques (SEM), the accident took place this morning (Friday) in Barcelona on Calle Santaló. It is reported that at 8:30am seven ambulances were called to the scene of an accident where four casualties, including a small child, were in need of immediate medical attention. Traffic was diverted away from the area to accommodate the arrival of the seven ambulances and several more emergency services support vehicles. The 10-year.old girl is reportedly in a ‘serious’ condition and was rushed to Hospital Sant Joan de Deu.
