A NINE-YEAR-OLD boy who suffered a heart attack during a football match in Spain has died. The match was stopped and his parents, the coach and even the president of the team gave him CPR on the field. Aaron Martin was then rushed by ambulance to the Cruces Hospital where he was put into an induced coma. But, sadly, the young lad did not survive and the Orduña Sports Club announced the sad news on its website. The Vizcaya club, in a statement, said they would cancel all their weekend matches as a mark of respect. And the town council of Orduña also conveyed its “sincere condolences to the family and friends of Aaron Martin in these moments of pain due to his death. “Likewise, we want to show our support to the sports club @cdorduna, to which the young Orduñes belonged.”
