Julio Iglesias set to net €145million from sale of magnificent Marbella mansion

TOP Spanish singer, songwriter and former goalkeeper Julio Iglesias is set to pocket a massive €145million if his private estate  on the Costa del Sol sells.

The luxurious Las Cuatro Lunas villa is set on a 45-hectare private estate in the mountains near Ojen just a stone’s throw from the Mediterranean Sea.

Twelve bedrooms, eight bathrooms, six garages, a recording studio, a swimming pool and a 2,000-bottle capacity wine cellar are on offer as well as neighbouring guest house with five bedrooms, five bathrooms and another cellar with the same capacity.

It is rumoured that the 73-year-old singer has put the house up for sale following disputes over the access rights to the estate with the Junta de Andalucía.
