The present owner Sean took over the business some 8 years ago in the autumn of 2008. All the food served at the Crispy Cod is of the finest quality with sustainable, line-caught fish prepared in the traditional way and filleted on the premises: potatoes are peeled and freshly chipped daily, the batter is made from scratch to Sean’s own secret recipe and his homemade mushy peas and tartar sauce have an ever-growing fan club.
