Stunned British couple film migrants arriving to the Costa del Sol

The hotel from where the footage was grabbed.

FOOTAGE captured by a British tourist (see below) shows around twenty migrants arriving to the Spanish coast in a crowded boat, before crossing a busy road and scarpering in different directions.

The video was made by a couple from Bristol who were on the balcony of their hotel in-between Benalmadena and Fuengirola when they spotted the inflatable dinghy approaching.

After reaching dry land, the men on board made a run for it, dashing across the N-340 before crossing a railway line, scrambling through barbed wire fences, or disappearing under a tunnel.

The holidaymaker told The Daily Mail: “My girlfriend was on the balcony first and she saw the boat come in.

“At first she thought it was kids on a school trip.

“They were packed into the boat. She said they looked really happy and were smiling.

“Then she called me and said “come and see this” because as soon as they started running it looked strange.

“They were running the up the beach, across the road and over the railway tracks. It was quite shocking to see. I’d never seen anything like it before.

“You hear about it happening elsewhere, but not so much in Spain.”

The couple are evidently not regular visitors, since the Costa del Sol has long been an entry point for migrants attempting to enter Europe by boat.

Absoluetly should not be happening, I have been visiting Costa del sol for 30 years now with all the family. But I will not be visiting the beautiful place from now on. As I have had a not so good experience over the last year regarding these illegal migrants

We have had a number of break ins and attempted break ins at our complex lately, nearby where this boat landed. We never had this problem before so there is a good chance it is these that are doing it. Increase your security levels and report anyone suspicious to the police straight away.
