British man gravely injured after trying to cross motorway on foot

A 26-YEAR-OLD British man has suffered serious injuries after being hit by a car on the A-7 motorway near Puerto Banus in the early hours of Friday June 3.

A spokesman from the Traffic Management Centre made a brief statement, which said that the man had been trying to cross the busy road ‘inappropriately’ around half-past-midnight, when he was struck.

The victim was attended to by emergency services and rushed to hospital, with more information to follow as it becomes available.
