A FRENCHMAN believed to have supplied weapons to terrorist Amedy Coulibaly, who was behind several terrorist attacks in Paris on January 8 and 9 2015, was arrested in Rincon de la Victoria on Tuesday (April 12).
Antoine Denive, aged 27, was arrested by the National Police following an investigation in collaboration with the French Judicial Police and the National Police’s Provincial Information Brigade under a European Arrest Warrant.
Investigators reported that the arrestee left France weeks after the January 2015 attacks and had set up home in Malaga Province, where he continued to supply illegal weapons using false documents.
During a search of his home in Rincon various false ID cards and passports and computer materials were confiscated and another two people at the home, one from Serbia and another from Montenegro, were arrested.
