King Felipe in Malaga for awards ceremony

SPAIN’S King Felipe VI, is due to visit Malaga capital today, Thursday 5, for The National Awards in Innovation and Design ceremony, which will be held at the Teatro Cervantes.

The president of the Junta de Andalucia, Susana Díaz, will not attend the control session of the Andalucian government, so she can be present at the ceremony instead. The National Awards for Innovation and Design recognises innovation and design as factors that increase competitiveness and economic efficiency.

They also aim at promoting the culture of design and innovation in Spain, amongst companies as well as within society in general.
