DRIVING examiners have put an end to daily partial strikes they had been holding since September 14, after reaching in initial agreement with the DGT traffic authority.
During negotiations the authority agreed to changes to improve examiners’ safety as they had complained about abuse from learners upon being told they had failed their tests.
The result of the strike in Malaga province is a backlog of about 4,700 learners whose tests were delayed which could take until Christmas to catch up on.
