CHARGES against two Local Police officers and a Guardia Civil officer are being upheld in the case against the Hell’s Angels in Mallorca.
The National Court judge, Eloy Velasco, considers the investigation over and has asked for the prosecutor’s accusation.
One of the Local Police officers allegedly provided prostitutes and clients for premises which the leader of the gang had in Platja de Palma. The two allegedly collaborated with the bikers, carrying out surveillance and warning them of raids and reports against their establishments.
Charges against a National Police officer have been dropped.
