Sanchez, is accused in the Prosecutor’s initial documents of crimes of corrupt practice, fraudulent contracting, embezzlement of public funds, bribery and money laundering, and his successor Antonia Morera, another two councillors, civil servants and a developer are also named.
Casares Town Hall, the Prosecutor said, should also be paid €2.5 million in damages by the former mayor and the developer.
