Chillar River cleaning excursion

SEPTEMBER 20 is cleaning day at Nerja’s River Chillar, organised by the Civil Protection team and Environment Department.

Coordinator Sergio Casanova, explained there are two routes which are to be chosen to carry out the voluntary cleaning works.

The first route, designed for people in a very good physical condition, is the most difficult and long one with complicated terrain areas. The second one, however, is suitable for all residents and visitors including children, and can be followed for as long as the participant wants.

All participants will gather in the Calle Mirto car park at 8.30am, and each group will follow the chosen route.
