Automobile Museum mingles with Malaga in pink Cadillac

MALAGA’S Automobile Museum couldn’t resist taking part in the fair this year and will be sending one of its cars to the heart of the party on Saturday 15.

A 1959 pink Cadillac will be parading the city between noon and 1pm from the museum at the old tobacco factory along Paseo Maritimo Antonio Banderas seafront and Muelle Heredia towards the Paseo del Parque and Plaza de la Marina.

Once there, the American way of life symbolised by the Cadillac, painted the same colour as one given to Elvis Presley by his mother, will mix with traditional Malaga flamenco, bulls and ‘rebujitos’ (a typical drink) and members of the public in traditional dress will be invited to have their photo taken with the car and receive tickets to the museum.
