Introducing Dr Universe Spain 2015, the magnetic medic

FOLLOWING a tough competition between 15 beauties, Carla Garcia has been crowned as Miss Universe Spain 2015 in Marbella.
The 25-year-old woman from Palmas de Gran Canaria received the crown from last year’s winner Desire Cordero, who offered her tips on what to expect over the next year and urged her not to let the experience change her character.
Representing Spain for Miss Universe, Carla Garcia is much more than just a pretty face. She has been working as a doctor since she finished her medical studies two years ago, and speaks English and German.
Runners-up chosen at the end of the gala evening, which was presented by Beatriz Jarrin and former Mister Spain Luis Muñoz and boasted names including designer Elena Benarroch and model Veronica Hidalgo amongst the public, were Raquel Bonilla and Sofia del Prado.
