Signatures to demand Sa Pobla priest's return

MORE than 900 signatures have been collected in Sa Pobla to demand the return of parish priest Joan Pons, who was accused of sexual abuse.
He was rector for 14 years and after a recent mass which he attended, it was announced that the signatures had been collected and would be given to the Episcopal Palace. Locals say the Bishop, Javier Salinas, has not handled the situation well.
