Ritz ticks all the boxes and is so much more.Esther Dierkes and her staff have been providing the residents and visitors to Alfaz del Pi with a total culinary experience for many years. Esther had a holistic vision towards the ambience she wanted to create and she has stopped at nothing to ensure her vision became reality: “We felt that as well as offering a luxurious dining experience we wanted to also offer a relaxed and casual accent for those who wanted a light lunch or a brassiere style menu.”As well as creating the perfect environment Esther decided that the food would showcase the best of Spain as well as the rest of the world. The ingredients for the dishes combine the freshest, locally sourced produce with other select items delivered from around the world. The menu can take you to Holland and their delicious shrimps, Thailand with their tiger prawns and Ritz’s speciality, Alaskan king crab legs.The brassiere menu offers the best club sandwich on the Costa Blanca. When Euro Weekly News visited we found it hard to finish the sumptuous sandwich which included chicken, bacon, salad and a delicious relish. It was more than a quick bite.
