Estepona aims to draw tourists with dock for pleasure craft

A NEW dock for pleasure boats, the first of its type for Estepona, is to be built on El Cristo beach.
The council announced that a three-metre wide, 20-metre long, T-shaped dock will be built near Doncella Beach urbanisation.
The dock has been approved by the authorities and will take about three months to complete, but will only be open for use during the summer season.
The project is just one of the town’s plans to increase its attraction for tourists, Tourism and Development Councillor Ana Velasco explained.
