WITH more applications to adult education centres in Alicante than places available, a lottery draw has taken place. Over a thousand registrations have taken place for the Giner de los Rios centre for over 400 places available on the various programmes. Spanish for foreigners, English, Italian and computer courses are amongst the most popular requested.
