PROPERTY prices in the Balearic Islands have gone up by 2.8 per cent during the first three months of the year, compared to the same period in 2014.The numbers put the Islands at the top of the list in terms of property price increase.In national terms, the price of properties grew by 1.5 per cent in the same period, establishing a four-month positive trend, according to data released by the National Statistics Institute (INE).Second-hand property prices have also registered an increase of 2.7 per cent compared to the first three months of 2014.
