Servigroup attains yet another award

THE Servigroup chain of hotels continues to set the benchmark for quality, achieving tripadvisor’s ‘Salon de la Fama’ award for excellence for the fifth consecutive year.
Servigroup Hotels have attained a total of an incredible 69 awards over recent years. And 10 of the total 16 hotels that comprise the Servigroup chain are now part of the ‘Hall of Fame’, awarded only to those establishments that have consistently received the Certificate of Excellence from 2011 to 2015.
There are eight Benidorm hotels in the Hall of Fame: Servigroup Castilla, Venus, Orange, Calypso, Rialto, Torre Dorada, Pueblo Benidorm and Nereo, as well as La Zenia in Orihuela Costa, Alicante, and the Marina Playa in Mojácar, Almeria.
The majority of Servigroup hotels have the Aenor ISO 9001:2008 quality certificate and the international equivalent IQNet Quality system.
The group continues to provide an exemplary standard for its customers and has been rewarded by a constant stream of compliments from happy clients. It seems they have no hesitation in providing the feedback that attracts awards and recognition year after year from travel portals such as tripadvisor and Booking.com as well as leading tour operators.
