New app to report issues in Sant Llorenç

THE Environment Department in Sant Llorenç has launched a new smart phone app through which visitors and locals will be able to make complaints or alert about incidents.
The app has been designed for residents to call to the council’s attention issues regarding cleanliness of streets and public areas, the good state of urban furniture, gardens and parks, as well as beaches, amongst others facilities. Users will be able to directly indicate a location’s co-ordinates, as well as pictures describing the issue.
The app is available in Spanish, English, German and Catalan, and can be downloaded from Google Play and it is expected to be available on the AppStore shortly.
