A SIXTY-YEAR-OLD Malaga man has been remanded in custody accused of attempted manslaughter after allegedly stabbing a man three times with a sharpened screwdriver.
The victim, who was rushed to hospital as his left lung was punctured, apparently got involved in an argument between his shopkeeper brother-in-law and his alleged attacker in January, and the attack is suspected to have been in revenge.
The suspect had a previous record for attempting to stab another man in August 2012, leading a judge to send him to jail to await trial.
