A TOTAL of €1.1 million was allocated by the Malaga Provincial Council for a comprehensive series of improvements carried out on the main access route to Coin.
Plans have been to improve the area’s appearance and road safety, as well as re-paving work and the construction of a bicycle path.
Head of the Provincial Council, Elias Bendodo, together with the town mayor, Fernando Fernandez, visited the area and explained that the water and sewage systems had been also renovated, which was expected to avoid chronic flooding problems when it rains.
